4.1 For Students who purchase and complete Apex Tuition maths courses with our A*-A Guarantee Courses, we guarantee that the student will obtain a mark deemed by the relevant Examination Body as an A* or A grade in the exam the Apex Course has prepared them for, or we will refund all fees paid for that Course.

4.2 To claim a refund, the following conditions must be met to our reasonable satisfaction:

4.3 The Student must have participated and completed the specific A*-A or GCSE 7-9 Guarantee Course in full. An Exam Intelligence Score demonstrates above 90% at the time of taking the exam.

4.4 the examination on which the student sits must be the exact examination provided by the specific Examination Body determined during the initial assessment lesson. 

​

4.5 the Student or Payee must notify us by email within 24 days of receiving the results, stating the intention to claim a refund and providing evidence in one of two forms. 

 

4.5.1 photograph or copy of the certificate provided by the Examination Body; 

 

4.5.2 photograph or copy of grades print out provided by the Examination Body.

4.6 Aside from the refund of fees paid for the relevant course following this clause, Apex Tuition will not have any other liability whatsoever if the student does not, for whatever reason, obtain an A* or A grade in the relevant exam.
